A lot to unload here. First and foremost, Red Door has super people working for them. I contacted them based on a friend's recommendation and their ratings. They were thorough in their estimate and were able to address all of my questions and concerns. I was initially reluctant because they were twice as expensive as the other two quotes I received for soft washing my house. But based on my experience with the sale rep, I went with them.

The comms were fantastic. They provide a window when they were to arrive and a text as to who will show up with a photo, so some random person isn't knocking at the door. Nice touch. Red Door Lighting Company did an amazing job on the Christmas decorations and lights on my home. They’re very professional, promptly responded to my inquiry and provide me with a proposal and quote. This was my first experience having Christmas decorations professionally done and my expectations were exceeded and my home looks amazing.

We were seeking a service to assist us in washing the exterior of our house because I just didn't have the time. I did a good deal of research, sought out recommendations from people I trust and received 4 quoted. Red Door advertises themselves as a premier service and people were extremely happy with them. Their soft wash service was exactly what I wanted. I was reluctant at first for they were twice as much as everyone else. 3 of the quotes were within a hundred bucks. So pleased with our first experience having our home professional lit for Christmas. Following the recommendation of a local group I contacted Red Door Lighting Company and spoke with Kristina. She lead me through their process for design and contract making me feel very comfortable with the ideas I was presenting while also working with and keeping the budget we had in mind. A few days later I received the mock up of what every thing I would love to have included would look like as well as pricing for each item so I could remove or add individually staying with that budget but getting an overall idea of what I could potentially add in the future. I signed the contract and within a week was scheduled for installation. I really enjoyed working with this company. The manager was super friendly and thorough on work. The workers that came to do the lights were respectful, worked hard and left no mess behind. Overall I absolutely loved the work they did on my house. I will be recommending them to friends as well as making this a new yearly tradition. Happy holidays and a very Merry Christmas to all.
