Overall, the house and windows appear to look good, but I’m a little disappointed that the crew that serviced us today left a step stool on-site, and that a bird dropping stain on one of our second floor shutters wasn’t addressed. Unfortunately, I was on a conference call for work when the crew wrapped up and departed, so I didn’t get the chance to walk the house with them prior to departure.
