Overall, 3 stars. The work crew did a pretty good job, but I had to make them re-do the driveway. As for front-office communication, I give 1 star, since I was supposed to be contacted via cell phone not email. Because of this, I receive an unsigned/unnamed email at 5:30 PM, which I did not see until 9:00 PM stating the company would like to come over the next day, as they are “working in your area tomorrow morning.” I agreed, as it sounded like they would show up late morning, maybe noon time. The next email from them was around 9:30 PM stating they will be here at 8:30 AM. Of course, this gives me little to no time to prepare the home, i.e., remove screens, move plants, etc. BTW, I found out I was the only home scheduled for the day with the assigned work crew; the scheduler’s email does sound a little deceiving.
