They were on time and very professional. Before starting they asked if I had any questions or concerns and promptly got started after explaining the process. After completion they conducted a walkthrough with me...wow, what a difference! My deck and siding looked brand new!! I'm definitely booking with RED DOOR again!

At the start of the house washing the technicians powered washed my Electrical box on the side of my home, which is connected to my internet. They completely shut my service down. When I stopped the technician he did not take responsibility nor when I contacted Jason the Operations guy he did not try to rectify the issue nor take accountability for interrupting my cable and internet service. Jason was very rude and unprofessional when I discussed the events of what occurred. This was a very careless and unaccountable approach for all parties involved with Red Door at the Fredericksburg’s location. Jason stated he was the VP of Red Door when I asked to speak with the owner. Whoever owns Red Door definitely needs to remove him as a customer contact.
