No attention to detail. Very messy sound windows. Also obvious bug dobbler was missed. They charge a fuel surcharge which was never mentioned. Sent bill on 19th and it said past due. First bill I received.

Our system automatically emails invoices on the date of service (on May 9 in your case), and sends periodic follow ups. The email you received on 5/19 was the second email and was marked past due by our system...
