Red Door Pro Wash

Red Door Pro Wash is a great company. Scheduling my appointment was easy, and simple. I was greeted with great customer service both on the phone and also at my home. They were punctual, and even accommodated an add on service for me that I didn’t think of when they came. My house was clean, not every single nook and cranny was perfect because my home hadn’t been clean in some time. I need regular yearly cleanings, but I am very happy with my service. I do however think the service is on the pricier side, especially since your own water is used. I would recommend. Great Job Red Door Pro Wash!

While I have always been a big fan of Red Door in the past, I was not entirely happy with the most recent service I received. This year I did not select the top tier package, and feel the service was minimized significantly. When we walked around to check the siding with the technician, the house was still dirty in several places and there was a large amount of web debris. Additionally, the tape that was used to seal the door knobs, left residue and damaged the handle on my garage. In the past technicians worked for 3-4 hours cleaning the house. And while we purchased a smaller package, the work was done in about an hour.

Red Door did a great job cleaning my house. I had excessive rust from my leaking ac unit. They were able to remove 99%.
