Red Door Pro Wash

Just had Red Door powerwash my house today. I purchased the Deluxe package, which also included the gutters. The technicians Alex and Malcolm arrived exactly on time and did an awesome job on the house. They were professional and took their time cleaning the house. They spent time prewatering my plants before the job, and also sprayed the plants after they were finished. I am very pleased with the results on the siding and gutters. Seven years of dirt and algae removed in a couple of hours. I will definitely be using them in the future, and I highly recommend Red Door.

I didn't have a good experience at all. I saw red door at my neighbors house and liked how the outlets and cameras were covered but my experience was different. I had to tell them to do this and some were missed because one guy started spraying before doing the covering of delicate items. Then I was told when scheduling that the porch would be cleaned and again I saw him just spray it off and I was told by the guy doing the powerwashing that no machine can be used on a concrete porch only a concrete sidewalk. I didn't see any difference in the way my house looked or the sidewalk looked after the powerwashing. I also only smelt bleach and portions were not rinsed enough to not see streaking but luckily it rained the next day so it did help remove the bleach smell. I was really disappointed with the work. I cannot recommend the company to anyone based on my experience and the cost.

Courteous, professional, and great value for the money! We had our roof and house washed. They did a fabulous job in a timely manner. Our house and roof look 1000 times better. I would highly recommend them.

July 18th We own a 3 story colonial style house in Estates of Chancelloresville with a covered porch/ house siding /soffits /gutters look like new again.

Malcolm and John K are true values to your company. I usually clean the house myself and take great care to get all the crevices clear of debris. But these guys exceeded my expectations.

My experience with red door was outstanding. It began with Haley who was very patient with me since I ask many, many, many questions. She assured me that I would be pleased with the service. Next was John the tech who was professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and polite. Words can not express how pleased my mother was with the outcome, since this is her home. My house, deck and basement stairs were all so clean. John did an excellent job. I recommended red door to my neighbor. Thank you for a job well done.
