They have dealt with difficult tenant, called directly when there was a question and showed pride in their work. Called Red Door last minute after another company tried to reschedule me again for even later in the day...even after already confirming my appt several times earlier via text alerts/calls. 😡
So I googled other companies. Mary of Red Door Co. was extremely personable on the phone and made every effort to get a crew out to my house that same day. She took my info and called me back within minutes to confirm they could indeed come by house later that afternoon. Crew arrived on time, in a company truck, and in company work attire. Polite and professional the entire time during pressure washing house. Took just over an hour, they even scrubbed the porch/sidewalk and washed off door mats! We did a walk around afterwards to ensure I was happy with everything. I was thrilled!!! Mildew all gone and windows are clean. I asked for business cards to pass along to neighbors. We will be back...
