From the initial contact, through getting a quote, e-mail updates letting us know how to prep, all the way through final completion of the job, the company was thoroughly professional and easy to work with. Despite raining the day of our service, the team of Ameera and Rob went about their business without a complaint. They let us know how they were going to do the work and answered our questions. They worked steadily to clean the whole house, gutters, stoop and walkway to like-new condition. Ameera walked me around the house to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. After his management reviewed it red door tried to walk it back with increased pricing finally declaring that my extensive mature azaleas and other plantings were “too close” to my house … I’ve cancelled my order. Be sure you ask hard questions about their claims, warranties, and pricing.
