LOVED Red Door Pro Wash

Much like another customer, they quoted me a price, and tried to walk it back and charge me more. (see photo)
My neighbor had their house done, and I asked them to give me a quote to do mine.
They said $300. I went to schedule an appointment, and was told they could not honor that price, because they had recently raised their minimum price to $325, and my house was not a $325 house.
I said since, you quoted me $300, and I'm not a $325 house, I'll meet you halfway at $350. I was told by the office attendant, that at a minimum my house would be a half a grand to power wash.
He said he would have to check with his office manager for the price we discussed.
Never heard back from him or his office manager, so I called them back..., not once, not twice, but three times to get some answers as to what they were going to do, with each time, no one calling me...
