I don't think there is any word I could say that would describe the customer service or the understanding that was given to me in an extremely stressful moment in my life. I wasn't sleeping well eating well or feeling well for months. I just happened to go to my mailbox and there was a letter that I almost threw away!! I thought another advertisement or lie... But something (God) said open it so I did.. and I called the number right there at the mailbox! Kimberly was a jewel and I'll the entire team worked to get me taken care of because of my pressing deadline, and my God we did it! So last night I ate and slept like a Baby!
