We are fully-licensed community care clinics providing well woman care including: pap smears, cervical cancer screenings, and breast exams. We also provide STD testing and treatment, pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, pre-termination screenings, prenatal care, abortion pill reversal treatment, optimal health coaching, and referrals.

I was very impressed and satisfied with the care I got at there office today.. they made me feel like they where part of my family. Helped me out with my 2 boys 5 and 1 while I was being taken care of. So happy with there way of treating me and my kids. I was searching for a place around the bay that provided an affordable ultrasound. Planned parenthood couldn’t provide me what I needed. I didn’t have insurance at the time, and this place accepted me with open arms. I was very pleased that I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket, and they also helped me apply for Medi-cal. Very, very happy with that because it was what I needed and definitely helpful. I do have to input that they were happy to have me return to do another ultrasound, because I had a small scare. But they put me at ease and showed me that my baby was doing just fine. Definitely worth coming here, and I am glad I found this place. Warm atmosphere and very welcoming. I’m so grateful I found RealOptions! I don’t have insurance at the moment and found out i was pregnant, when planned parenthood said they did not cover an ultrasound I was able to find this place.
