VULTURES! Have been trying for THREE YEARS to get them/"Carly" to stop sending offers to buy our property with mailers addressed in my dead dad's name. The offers started within a month of his death becoming public record in 2020 - that should tell you everything you need to know right there (we're not on mailing lists & pay to stay off of them.) I've made repeated polite calls and sent letters with each new mailer, begging them/her to please stop, to which they reply "we'll take you off the list," but still get one every 2wks - 1 montth. The most recent came yesterday on his birthday, which though I'm sure wasn't planned, was particularly unwelcome. I'm trying this as a last ditch effort to get it to stop. This is the only mail we still get in his name, which makes it even worse. WE'RE NOT INTERESTED, CARLY. PLEASE STOP! At this point I'd let the state take it...

Do not trust this sham of a company.

I received an unsolicited letter from this company expressing sympathy about the death of my wife (who is still very much alive). After this fake empathy, it moved directly into asking whether we wanted to sell our property.

What kind of miserable company decides to prey and take advantage of people during times of loss? They don't even have the decency to answer a phone call and redirect you to an answering service.

I'm reporting you to the Better Business Bureau.
