In April 2017, I attended the three-day seminar to learn about real estate investing. Mentoring was offered at different levels. I signed up for the partner coaching program for one year of coaching for $50,000. Real estate investing was pitched as an easy business that led to wealth. We were offered funding through Seed Capital, which really is not funding. They submit credit card applications with inflated incomes to get you funding. Additionally, they charge you fees for this as well.

After securing the funding, Jamel was quick to request his payment. Shortly after he had a house that was available for me to purchase for my first deal, which was over an hour away from me.
