Olive had an awesome first guitar lesson! We loved the play pad video! Olive is a lefty and we didn’t realize that the guitar was for a right handed player. The instructor, Billy restrung her entire guitar to fit her needs.We will definitely be signing up for continuous lessons after the holidays, in January! Thanks so much!

I’m an adult music student learning to play the saxophone. I’ve been taught by both Dylan and Jordan and both are terrific teachers. Dylan had me playing songs from the start; Jordan has me learning dynamics. I take a half hour lesson once a week, early afternoon. I was able to find a time slot that fit my schedule. All in all, it’s been a wonderful experience so far.

Our 11 year old son who has special needs attends the Fresh Meadows branch. He is musically inclined and has been able to come out of his shell (we find), since he started music classes. To be able to express himself musically and still gain structure is nothing short of amazing. Their approach is much different than the traditional theory and play approach taught to many students. The use of their app is also very helpful as the student continues to develop their skills in the home setting during practice. The staff is understanding, caring and extremely helpful, the music teachers are knowledgeable and assist the students to adapt and learn music education at a healthy pace in a positive environment.
