Maria was our cleaner. Very sweet. When she first began upstairs, she immediately started talking on the phone while working. We went upstairs to explain to her that she needed both hands to work. As we do not speak much Spanish, and she does not speak English 🤣 she called her office. After we straightened that out, she was EXEPTIONAL!😊
