it was a horrible experience for my family working with this agency. The bad customer service started as soon as you hit the front reception desk, all the way back to the agent that was rarely available to us, did not return phone calls or emails, and dragged her feet on a property we were applying for. I have never seen a company that felt so "entitled" and cred so less about their customers and new business.

Owner of a rental property that they managed. Supposed inspection were not carried out. Sent tax forms with the wrong amount. Multiple phone calls were ignored. Emails ignored, or not followed through. They are supposed to provide a service for a commission, but only interested in the dollars they can get.

They lied to us, were incredibly rude to us, and blamed things on us that weren't even our fault. I would avoid these people like the plague. I rented under them for 2 years and waited to write this review until after I got back my security deposit, because I wouldn't put it past them to retaliate.

The girl who showed us the house YELLED at me when I moved in and called her about a number of promises that were broken (mostly regarding how clean the house would be) there was thick grease coating the microwave, black hair all over the carpet, numerous urine stains on the carpet (after promising a professional carpet cleaning), disgusting toilets and a few broken items. I should have worried when she screamed that it was spotless (my FULL vacuum cleaner would beg to differ) and told me to throw away things that I expected to be removed (as if it were up to her!)
