I had to follow up 5 times (once in person) to get one call back. I requested a viewing multiple times and got the runaround until the place was no longer available. I was told not to submit an application until after viewing the property (which was never scheduled) and later told that I could not view the property because someone else submitted an application and they had "dibs".

We called Ms. Patricia French and told her what we were looking for in buying a home. She went above and beyond for us and made sure we got the home we were looking for. She helped us every step of the way and when she was out of town Amber helped us also. These two ladies were awesome and so was everyone in the office that we dealt with. So thankful that we contacted Ms. Pat she made this process very pleasant and was always available anytime we needed her.

Ms. Fathers was so disrespectful, hung up on us twice. Ask question like"What are you looking for" after discussing with her about a house that has her as contact. Reporting her to Realtor Board. Ms. Fisher the Broker could not be reached. Very sad place. Us another term.

Extremely bad customer service. They will not call you back or respond to in person inquiries. They want you to submit an application with application fee that is non refundable before addressing any properties for rent.

Miss Bonnie King is an outstanding real estate agent she went over Beyond what I expected in a Realty as a first-time home buyer I had no idea what I was getting into I was nervous she's wonderful honest she helped us when other real estate agent woukd not even call us back s she had just hurt her hand when we met her and at the time could not drive but found the way to come show us the house I will definitely recommend her and Remax to anybody and I will definitely be calling her when I buy my next house if I can give more than five stars I would this lady deserves at least 10 Stars for everything that she has done she made buying a house easy unlike the mortgage company we used the mortgage company we use this a joke but this is about Remax not the mortgage company
