We rented a house from them for 2 years. When we moved in, the house was not clean. It took over 3 months for the repairs and pressure washing to be finished. We moved out December of 2020. In the lease, you do need to have a professional come clean the carpets, but our carpets were so worn out Stanley steamer wouldn’t touch them. Fast forward to March of 2021. I still haven’t received my deposit. I’ve called them over 10 times and have never heard back. Finally, today I spoke to Amber and she was very rude. She said that even though they knew the carpets needed to be replaced we still got charged for the cleaning fee. And that it’s $500 to fix a small hole in the wall. This place is ridiculously in reliable with repairs and only has 1 maintenance guy to cover all properties. Do Not Rent From Them!!!
