My mother owns a house in Rincon and hired Remax in Rincon about 13 years ago to be her property manager. My mother lives out of town which was why she hired them. She decided she wants to sell the house and tenant who has lived in the house for 13 years completely destroyed the property. The realtor she has been working with said they did annual walk throughs and that it wasn't like that last year. Lies. There is zero chance the property damage on this house was done within the past year. This is 13 years of neglect. What was she paying for? I highly recommend you find a different company to manage your property especially if you live out of town. The state of this house is absolutely disgusting. It looks like a homeless person has been squatting in for a over a decade.
