Property valuation was fair for the condition and current market, comps were fair. However, much of the information on the property was incorrect. Wrong roof type, appliances, and many qualities of the property were overlooked. I was asked if there were gutters on the house, I said yes, they marked "No". Just overall not very thorough. Way too much money for incorrect info, sloppiness, and general lack of professionalism. Would not recommend and in fact will tell people NOT TO HIRE THIS COMPANY.
