as a first time car buyer, it was very confusing and difficult understanding most of the process. however, everyone i worked with was very patient and explained everything in detail until i was no longer confused. they really tried their best to help me leave with a car while other lots told me no because of my age. i really appreciate all of their help and i will definitely be going back in the future

My car was first taken to Al Serra in Grand Blanc they had my car for about a month and a half and did nothing to it they were going to put on all used parts which I talked to the lady at my insurance and she had it towed to you guys Randy Wise she said that's usually where they do all their business and you guys were great she was right very nice and when I needed a car you guys got me a loner Al Serra never offered I had a hard time getting a car everybody at Randy Wise was great 👍😀
