Called several times to see if my purge sensor was in never got a call back, but when I called last week, woman in service checked, and part was in and I made the appointment for yesterday, only took about an hour to do but I was getting concerned because I could not remote start my car since the middle of the strike because it needed this part appears to be running OK now

Everyone was both courteous and businesslike. My support person performed the repair in a timely fashion. Additionally, he pointed out that there were two more recalls that he would order the parts for and let me know when they were in. I had a very comfortable experience.

I'm reviewing the Service Dept and would highly recommend them. The service reps are personable and are not trying to unnecessarily upsell you. I've been bringing three different vehicles to them for many years now and have never had any problems with the work performed.

Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Tire had a nail but was not asked if I wanted it fix. A few miles down the road I heard it came back had to wait another hour for it to be fixed. Plus the price increase and charge for credit cards not cool.

Recently bought a used 2021 Acadia from here & the process was super quick and easy. Last time I bought a car at another dealer, I remember spending half the day there on top of dealing with pushy & annoying salesmen. Our salesman Jared Ring got us in & out within 2 hours or less! He was very nice & easy to work with. He answered any questions we had & did what he could to make things go smoothly. Overall we had a great experience & got a great deal. I would definitely recommend this dealer & make sure to ask for Jared Ring!!!
