Update... They have had my husband's vehicle for THREE months repairing it. Our loaner, they gave us, didn't even have the correct license plate to match. Also, we had to call several times to get an update. I cannot recommend them for service at this time. Perhaps things will turn around quickly. I don't want anyone to be out of their car for 3 months. It wasn't even a collision repair. It went in September 2023 and just got back January 2024. We had to call and get updates oftentimes.

I couldn’t have had a better experience! Chris, Oliver, Katie and John were all phenomenal. I’m big on customer service and they absolutely killed it. They went out of their way to do anything possible to make it easy on myself and my wife to find our new car! In the future when our older car sees its last day we will be back to Randy Wise 100%.
