I dropped off my Yukon for collision repair on 1/28/24 and was told the repairs should take 2 weeks or less. Today is 2/26/24 and the only notice I have ever received is this survey. I did call on 1/29 to verify they received the vehicle. I also scheduled the repair and waited several weeks to take the vehicle in while parts were on order. Vehicle was taken in because the repair parts were delivered to the dealer.

Repair was completed when promised.

Thanks for a smooth transaction! Tim Taylor and Shayna Brown provided a great end to end experience and I’m very happy with my purchase! Tim offered to pick me up from a location 40 minutes away from the dealership which really helped me save time. The truck could’ve been wiped down better to remove some of the water marks but that’s my only complaint and obviously a very minor one. Thanks again!!!
