Randy Wise Buick GMC

I brought a 2017 Frost White GMC Sierra Denali approximately 6 months ago. Wasnt even able to enjoy the vehicle one week before putting it in the shop for the transmission/ Transfer Box, & Ball joints. Note; This Is a $35,000.00 Vehicle. Randy Wise anticipated by paying my warranty deductible, the 2nd time paying half the bill. Now the truck needs a full transmission & Replacement Of Control Arms On Both Sides. Ive literally haven't enjoyed this vehicle one day sense I've had it. The truck must of been in a bad accident. There's no way Randy Wise didnt know about these very expensive repair work that's needed before selling this truck. I cant remember the salesman name or I would add it. Be careful before buying from this dealership everyone,I should have. Worst investment/Decision I've Ever Made. I WILL NEVER COME BACK OR RECOMMEND ANY ONE 2 THIS DEALERSHIP. AM HAVING...

I was told that my repair would take approximately an hour and a half. I was pleasantly surprised when it was finished in 45 minutes.

I heard this dealership will not follow through with buy backs. Even for the ones that help build the products they sell.

Denied GM buyback after agreeing to do it. This UAW employee and family wont consider and Randy wise dealership in the future. You just dont agree to something then have the consumer waste time with your run around on saying you might lose a little. Well, you lost more in future purchases.
