Randy Wise Buick GMC

I have always had good service at Randy Wise and feel very comfortable with having my car serviced there.

Not a good experience, still no resolution to issues 14 days post sale. Service shop had the truck Thursday to Tuesday fixing a defective part and a brand new AT4X

I love my experience in buying my 2020 GMC Terrain. They were great and made me feel like family during the whole process! I went in for my first oil change/ tire rotation and not only did they complete this in a timely manner they also washed my car!!!

I would give a zero star if possible . No communication from the dealership until 2 months later. I had no idea if the parts would ever be in. Said they would have a loaner for us 3 week wait. Checked in at the end of 3rd week then again beginning of 5th. None available so I gave up at that point. Took car to another dealership got diagnosed, got a loaner, got fixed and back to me weeks before even getting a call that Randy Wise finally got the parts in. Not sure why this other dealership could easily get stuff done that quickly when Randy Wise couldn’t seem to do anything. Would recommend going anywhere else before here. Just wasted a diagnostic fee since I had to go elsewhere.

Took delivery of my new Yukon today, couldn't have gone any smoother, Oliver and Katie were fantastic! Love this new GMC! Great new design and all the bells and whistles!

Dave Robinson is one of the best salesperson I've worked with. The customer service was impeccable and there was transparency throughout the deal.

Thx to Tyler in parts, Paige getting me scheduled and Dustin getting my roof rack installed today. I will be able to Kayak the Shiawassee River helping the Keepers cleanup this weekend. Great job Team!
