We’ve been having body work done here for several years and we have been completely satisfied with tthe end result.

To say my faith in this place is low would be an understatement. My wife brought her 2016 Chevy Trax in to get looked at for a cylinder misfire code and a coolant leak. They quoted $450 just for a diagnostic fee. When pressed for answers as to why the diagnostic fee is so high, the service lady Jenny responded that the technician "spent over 3 hours diagnosing the car". I'm sorry, but that says more about the technician than anything. Anywhere reputable I've taken my vehicles, the most I've paid for a diagnostic was $100. For any service. They refused to budge on the price at all, and since my wife couldn't get there before close to pay in person and discuss further, she paid over the phone. Absolutely ridiculous and shows a serious lack of compassion for the customer. Jenny did say "I understand that's a lot to pay without getting your car fixed" well if you...
