Brought vehicle in for an estimate on body work. Never heard anything after 2 weeks so I called them back and they told me I had to bring the car in for inside pictures. That was 3 weeks ago and I have never received an estimate. I took it to another body shop last week and it is in there getting repaired now! Your guys thought it was going to be totaled but it wasn’t, it is getting repaired and I already have the insurance check.
