Randy Wise Buick GMC

I had my car into the body shop for some paint peeling and not only did I have to wait more than 6 months to get my car in to get fixed but when they gave me a loaner they gave me the paperwork for the wrong car and then when I get my car back it was dirtier than when I delivered it to them and I'm not sure why it should have been dirty on the inside for having outside Body Shop work done didn't bother to put the paper down in the mat there's dirt in my cargo area my Dash is dirty again I would deliver a car to the same exact pristine level that the owner dropped it off as I would make them clean it after they've waited 6 months to have some body work done extremely poor customer service

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Rand Wise buying a 2023 Enclave. Everyone was great including Walker and Josh. We will certainly be back for service and if needed another car. We will recommend to our friends and family that they should shop at Randy Wise for their next car.

Brought my car in earlier than the scheduled time and the service attendant took my vehicle in for service. Car was washed, oil change and tire rotation done within hour. Thank you Randy Wise service dept.
