Randy Wise Buick GMC

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kenny Paulson from Randy Wise Buick GMC in Fenton, MI. One of the best customer service and detail oriented individuals I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Because of his steadfast commitment, timely responses, and overall dedication to his job and the customers he serves, he has singlehandedly ensured that Randy Wise Buick GMC will see my return business for years to come.

We was approved by the bank, but then told the computers was down, so the bank couldn't review the inventory to see whst i qualified for, it was 48 hours before i heard something, and that was only because i went there. Was told i was approved for a $400 a month note, then the vehicle was not there, was told to come back the next day, did that and was told the vehicle was totalled.

This was my first time trying to purchase a car from a dealership, and was the worse.

If anybody else have experienced this type of treatment from Randy Wise, please let me know, i have other complaints and documents from other people, so its time something is done about this, they can't legally keep misleading people.

Great experience for the first day.. then it all went downhill. Took a month to get the licence plate and even longer to get the title. Come to find out the car is from Canada.( how do they not know that) I was trying to teach my 18 year old daughter responsibility by having a monthly payment she could afford, not very affordable!!!! It's a 2009 Jeep Liberty and we only bought it 6 months ago, so far she has had to replace the rear axle, front and rear breaks and now the emergency break shoes, rear shocks and the fuel injection line need to be fixed. This car should have never been sold to anyone!!!! I wouldn't recomend this place at all.

We leased the new Buick Cascada in mid March without even a test drive! My wife loves having a Big 3 convertible even though we know its built in Poland! Recently had to replace the rear bumper due to a scuffle with a post at a gas station island! The support brackets underneath were not even listed in the service catalog nor stocked in the USA due to the vehicle just hitting the market. Troy Hummel & his team went out of their way to get a set of brackets off the production line in Poland & kept us updated throughout the whole repair process. Got the Cascada back today looking brand new, ready for warmer days to put that top down! Thanks Troy!

This was the best experience I have had at a dealership. Everyone was professional and courteous and made sure I had a good understanding of all paperwork and of all the features on my new vehicle. I recently made a service appointment with Mike Skodak, which I was nervous about due to a horrible experience at another dealership, Mike and the service team did an excellent job!
