Just saw the manager response from 6 months past. Manager at the time of purchase wanted nothing to do with us until my review? Already had a couple friends and family go next door to purchase a car. You wanted my business back then you should have done things right the first time.
UPDATE:
Just realized service put on 4 different tires with the same name. Midas found it when rotating. This adds to just to many issues to go back.
Sales guy was good - did not always follow up but not a deal breaker.
Finance was good but did dis the competitor. Little pushy for additional items.
Service was excellent 5-stars
I felt like the vehicle I purchased (2009 Mazda 6) was simply washed and set on the lot for purchase. There were details missed which I did not find until after the vehicle was purchased. Difficult to "trust"...
