What a terrible experience here. I really wish I could give negative stars.

I was talked in to coming in on the last day of the month so I could "get a deal." It's important to note this place is 45 minutes from me.

I will say the salesperson Aaron was accommodating and responsive up front and it failed from there.

After arriving, and being promised it wouldn't take long, I test drove the car I was interested in. I said I was interested in seeing what we could make happen.

I was made to wait almost an hour for the business manager to go over numbers and "what we could do." When I went in to his office he had me starting to sign paperwork. Standard credit application, texting disclosure, etc. then it came to the financing paperwork. No terms, trade in, price, etc. were ever discussed with me and I definitely didn't...

Go see JJ for your next vehicle purchase. JJ was informative, helpful, and so accommodating to our every need. I just bought a car that I hope to get a good 10-15 years out of and I already know that my next one will be with JJ. He took the guessing out of my decision and was not your typical "car salesman". I quickly and genuinely came to think of him as a new friend or a brother. He allowed me to chose and think freely about my purchase and let me make all of my decisions without any pressure whatsoever. He was so helpful when it came time to do the paperwork, as I had never purchased a car on my own before. He kept us comfortable with beverages while we waited and even purchased (from his own wallet) a snack and drink for my young son while I was occupied with the financial paperwork. JJ was even kind enough to help me transfer my belongings from my old car into my new...

My experience buying new vehicles from Randy Wise was exceptional. But when it came to taking it in for routine service it was not good. The oil was changed but all other inspection points were not covered. For example, the left rear tire was 5 pounds low since the day i bought it, and on the inspection sheet it was recorded all tire pressures were reading 38 as they should be, but only one tire actually had 38 and the left rear was still 5 pounds low.

Furthermore, i took my vehicle in for an insurance claim and one door panel had to be repainted. The work was below average and i was instructed to bring it back in for a redo. Upon bringing the vehicle back for the redo, there was further damage to the vehicle and both incidents were to be taken care of at the same time.

After receiving my vehicle back following both repairs, i was giving the vehicle back...

Best experience ever! They make buying a vehicle the easiest and most helpful thing ever! They don't play around and take you through circles, they're straight to it and help you get what YOU want. Not what they want you to want. Bryan Bickford and his team are in my opinion 10/10 for performance and reliability. Absolutely loved this whole experience and I would recommend coming here for business, and if you're wanting a friendly feeling experience I personally recommend talking to Mr. Bryan Bickford!
