No one is willing to go above and beyond at this place. Brought my vehicle to the service center a few hundred miles above transmission warranty. They told me the vehicle is working right and nothing was wrong. I assumed they were right and trusted them. Issue continued and I took it back. Magically now there is a $1,200 bill waiting for me and GM won’t fully cover it under warranty. After being without my car for a month, entirely GM’s fault, the one calls I did receive were “hey when are you going to pay for this.” No one ever even gave me the time of day and offered a rental. I went without my car for a month. 9/29-11/2.
