My saleswomen Madicyn was awesome I would recommend her to anyone looking for a used car. The only thing was for some reason the temp tag I left the dealer with wasn’t registered in my name and I was pulled over because of it. Overall good experience just a paperwork error which was very unfortunate.

I recently bought a vehicle there and sales guy said the financing person would go over a protection plan I can buy and he didn't only gap insurance and when I asked about it I got oh wonder why he didn't! Then next day the drivers side bumper is coming down and once again when I inquired about that I got didn't you call to see about adding that warranty plan to loan? He never said to call and ask nor do I feel I should of. He as my sales rep should of checked into that for me as a customer. So now 2 days after purchase the bumper but now check engine lights on and I had a scan ran and it's missing firing. Iam beyond devastated and barley make ends meet. The sales guy should of inquired that warranty plan right away when I asked why the financing guy didn't and tried to fix that for me and now here I am with a vehicle with bumper coming off and check engine light on and can't just...

I arrived 30mins early (930 for 10 apt). They took me right in and had my vehicle done 30 mins. after apt. time. They preformed an oil change, tire rotation, control arm grease. When i arrived to pick it up all 3 service reps. greeted me by name. Love this service dept. and crew…. Highly recommend this service dept. Jenny even got me an office so I could have a virtual meeting while I waited.
