If I could give the Fenton Randy Wise dealership a 0 I would! Drove out there over an hour to be told that, unbeknownst to our salesman Jonathan Smoot, the car he had told us was available had a deposit put down on it by another client. We put a deposit down as second in line. Jonathan then called the next day saying that the first client’s deal had fallen through. Phone calls to insurance, the bank & another long drive to Fenton led to sitting around for an hour only to be told that the car had been sold to the first client. Jonathan informed us that his manager Dave had gone back on his word and Dave came out to confirm the bad news with the most insincere apology I’ve ever heard. At all costs, do NOT buy a car from them! They are the reason why car salesmen often get a bad rap!!
