Unless you plan on buying a used car the same day, stay away. After getting a payment plan we weren’t ready for, we said we liked the vehicle but need to discuss and find out how much insurance would be. He said he would talk to his finance manager the next day and get back with us. We asked for it to be put on hold and were told they don’t do that but he will keep the keys. The next day he did not get back with us. So we called and told the salesman we wanted it and had proof of insurance sent. Got a call back a couple hours later and was told it was sold.

I just purchased a 2020 GMC Acadia from Randy Wise in Fenton- my first new car in 9 years! I do not typically love the car buying process, but this time was incredibly easy, fast and painless (despite Covid-19 times)! Every person (especially Kerrigan, Tim and Chris) who helped us went above and beyond, and I was blown away by their willingness to do whatever we needed to get the best car for my family and I. Lots of labor to diagnose "not an uncommon " problem. I had to call them on each service visit to find our the initial status of my car.... there was no above and beyond effort.

My experience started when I first walked into Randy Wise. The receptionist, was very helpful. I was there to meet Dale Payne who was referred to me by a friend. Dale was friendly, helpful, personal and professional. Tony, in finance, was great to work with and we had lots in common along with him also being very professional and personal. Thank you to all. This is my fourth lease. In the past, I have been talked down to and, frankly, disrespected to the point that I dread the car-leasing process. I have never had an experience like this one. Katie was a dream from beginning to end. She treated me with respect, listened to what I wanted/needed in a car, and made the entire process insanely easy. I have been telling everyone about how amazing the experience was. I never knew buying a car could be like this. I will be back for my next lease.
