Kept me waiting over a week to see a vehicle I was interested in. Then it still had issues. I was so upset I immediately left. Totally lost my business.

I would give more stars if possible! Dennis Wheeler is the guy to see if you are looking to lease or purchase.I was very lost on what I wanted going into this. He helped me really figure out my options and spent so much time running all over the dealership to find cars for me to test drive. He also went over every tiny option to come up with a practical solution that was tailored to me. If you are looking for someone to be straight up with you and not hide hidden fees go to him! I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. It took a total of 7 hrs for me to decide what to do, and wanted to do nothing but help the whole time. He also has a real passion for cars! It felt like I gained an actual friend out of the whole experience.Officially an owner of a new gmc canyon elevation thanks to dennis and the randy wise family! The truck is AWESOME!!!!!

I went to the service department to get a couple different things fixed on my car that is still under full warranty. They fixed one of the problems but told me the other was not covered. They were going to change me 114.00$ an hour for two hours to fix. Thinking they were giving me a bunch of bull because I am a woman. I told them I couldn’t afford it right now. Went to another dealership and low and behold. It was covered and they fixed my problem. Randy wise in Fenton has lost a costumer.!!!!!!!

I had bought the oil change package when I got my car. I thought it came with a car wash? My car still had the mud on it that I came in with when I left.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at the Randy Wise dealership.

We recently bought a car here and Dennis was amazing! We weren’t in the market for a car and we dread the process every time but not this time. We put Dennis through the ringer and gave him a very specific list of wants/needs and he worked hard to deliver on every single one! We will definitely use him when we’re in the market for our next car.

The sale person Dave Robson was great to work with he had all the answers to any questions I had and very helpful.

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle through Randy Wise with Dave Robson and I won't go to anyone else when in the market for a car. Just as before, he went above and beyond my expectations. Excellent job.
