I bought a new 2020 Acadia this August from RWB/GMC. The process was amazing, easy and I absolutely loved my car. Well, 2020 struck again, and I was in an accident which resulted in insurance totaling the Acadia. I immediately contacted RWB, and asked if they could help me find a new vehicle. We are out of state, and had to most of the search process virtual, while also waiting for insurance to finalize things. Tim Stein was nothing short of amazing - he was responsive, patient and went out of his way to help us find what we needed and wanted, during a fairly stressful time. We were able to come in, quickly do a little paperwork and I drove away with a 2021 Acadia that I absolutely love (RIP 2020 Acadia). Thank you Tim, Chris, Taylor and everyone else at RWB! We will be back (hopefully not too soon) for all of our future car needs!

Was in and dealt with parts and service and extremely happy with both departments!

Matt in the Collision department was awesome had our car fixed quick and did a great job! Then Mike in Service had our oil changed and tires rotated. I only take my cars to Randy Wise best in the business.

I brought my 2013 Equinox in for a recall issue. I've been having work done over the past 11 month's to the braking system elsewhere. Just prior to receiving the recall my StabiliTrak and ABS system warning lights came on so I asked if they could look into and diagnose it.
Right front wheel bearing-magnet missing replace bearing $463.., magnet is external hub not internal part is $80 plus 1 hr labor
Right front caliper seized and right rear inop - 2 new calipers $528.., right front replaced 8/25/20 so covered by warranty and right rear doesn't present with any issues
Front brake pads and rotors-$461.., front brakes and rotors replaced on 12/19/19
Rear brakes and pads-$413.20.., on secondary inspection pads have approximately 12 months of use left and only right rotor appears to need replacement.
Total estimate for repairs $1865...., when all I need...

I did get a good deal on my vehicle, however, I was due $265.00 back and still have not received it. I purchased my vehicle in September. A little communication on what’s going
On would be nice. Also, communicate with the customer when taking a day off
Or Something comes up- so to not keep a customer waiting for a response.
