Randy Wise Buick GMC

I was told I would get an oil change, tires rotated, and car washed. The car was definitely not washed. This wouldn't be a big deal if they were busy or had good reason, but I can't trust the other work was done efficiently or at all based on the fact that they didn't explain to me or mention that it wouldn't be washed. I felt that I was getting mediocre service because I have the wise care and the service was free. I'm not sure if my tires were actually rotated, and if they were, it's possible they shouldn't have been since my better tires are on the back now, going into winter with a front-wheel drive car.

Good when they sold me the junk car. Only had it 5 months in within the months I’ve taken my car in to service 3 times and the last time they finally told me I had a bad engine, when the second time I told them my on star was detecting something going on with engine/transmissions

Kyle and the rest of the team in service were amazing. Thanks to them and the mechanics for fixing my vehicle yesterday and providing great customer service.

I came for my first initial oil change and tire rotation. I was asked to confirm that I wanted my tires rotated to which I replied, yes. My vehicle was returned to me without the tires rotated and although I can't prove it, I'm 99% certain a $10 bill was stolen from my center console.

I am appalled by the lack of ethics shown by Randy Wise! My son was actually being mentored by this business at the time of our purchase so I trusted them to handle our car deal. We were BADLY price gouged. I should have known better than to trust them and should have done more homework. However, what they did was WRONG and I am VERY UPSET. I have tried to contact them via their website form with NO RESPONSE.

Sean and Dennis were awesome! I would highly recommend. Buying a car is my least favorite thing to do, they made the experience painless. They had patients with me as I made my decision between different vehicles. I love my car as a result.
