Best dealership I have ever dealt with hands down. I travel an half hour to use their service department.

After walking away from 4 other dealerships due to lack of customer service. We found Kristin Shick at Randy Wise in Fenton. She answered all of our questions, she was very pleasant, professional, we didn't feel she was wasting our time with a bunch of sales talk, my husband bought a new GMC truck in Feb. this year. Kristin made that buying experience so easy and pleasant I returned to the dealership last week and purchased a new Buick . The experience of buying two new vehicles in one month was the best buying experience we could have asked for . Yes a million times over we would recommend Kristin to any one looking to purchase or rent a new car or truck.

Truck was returned dirtier then when it left my house. It was washed at dealership and returned with white water spots all over the truck and windows, which were not there before it left. Inside was immaculate and there were no paper floormats down, or plastic on the seats. Our security cameras showed none were removed when delivered back to the house. Drivers door speaker had mud on it. Yea, i saved 20 bucks having Wise do the oil change, but after spending an hour cleaning the water spots and floormats and speaker i wonder if it was worth it.

Jennifer Santhany made the experience awesome she showed me everything and went on the test drive with me to ensure I had the knowledge about all the electronics which was very helpful and all I had to do was sign the papers at the dealership .

There were some issues at the beginning but Kristin went above and beyond to make sure it was a great experience for me!
