Usually I am reluctant to participate in surveys such as this, however; in this case I am happy to do so. I am impressed with the gentleman who met me at the service area. He was polite, took all my information, looked up my vehicle's VIN and told me about a recall that addressed the issue I has having. He also researched an additional issue. He set an appointment to fix the problem and, indeed, the problem was fixed on scheduled. The fix to the issue relative to the recall was fixed free. The other issue was fixed at reasonable cost (my vehicle is out of warranty). Good job! I'm a happy customer. Keep it up. I'll be back when/if I need further repairs, and when I need a new vehicle. Your good service my be your greatest asset.
