Very happy with service and everyone I encountered was very friendly and knowledgeable.

My salesman Brian B. was great. His co-workers are back stabbing and rude to him. Everyone he talked to while I was with him was terrible to him, even the guy doing the underwriting to the plate lady not wanting to stay 10 minutes extra so I could leave with my plate that I paid for. His co-workers post cars on Facebook and don't specify that it is a dealer vehicle. Then get pissed if you just show up and pick the first ready salesman. I heard one co-worker helling at him for stealing the sale, but I never talked to her or the other 2 that posted it. If you go to Randy Wise ask for Brian B. Or don't waste your time...

Everything went quick and smooth at Randy Wise . I was very happy with them . In every way.

They got my truck right in and service was quicker than anticipated. Very friendly, and they didn't try to sell me any unnecessary services that I didn't need, unlike some other GM service centers in the surrounding area that I've gone to.
