We brought our 2021 Acadia in for a recall. Jenny M met me at the door and shared that a car was unavailable but "Mike" would be able to drive me to my appointments. Mike got me there on time and picked me up when I called Jenny. I appreciated Mike picking me up and getting me back to the dealership.

The inspection was done and my car was waiting for me when I arrived back at the dealership. I can see why Jenny M is at the front desk when a person walks in. She greets you with a smile and says WELCOME TO RANDY WISE.

I have shared my positive experiences now and in the past with friends looking to buy or lease.
