I can't say enough about the team at Randy Wise. I was seriously ready to just turn in my Lease and go to another brand seeing as GM is having a difficult time getting thier stuff together, and keeping up with demand! Thanks to Katie and Oliver, I not only stayed with the GM brand, but I also entered into another lease with them. They really worked so quickly and did it all for me, which I appreciated. I was extremely impressed with how well they did, and I'm really not impressed by much. I'm sure they're all great there, seeing as I was able to watch them all work together really. However, I'm a creature of habit and like to stick with good people when I find them, so I will be ONLY be using Katie and Oliver for future purchases..or someone they recommend. Great job guys! Purchasing our vehicle from Randy Wise Buick GMC was the best decision! Shayna Brown took excellent care of us and went above and beyond to accommodate our busy work schedules. Bob from Randy Wise delivered the car and paperwork to us which was awesome because we live almost an hour away and we really wanted this vehicle. We love our beautiful Lexus and couldn’t be happier.

The overall experience with Paige was great. She was helpful, responsive and was very proactive. I understand when buying a car/ suv there is a process. However, i was very dissatisfied with the detail of my suv even after giving it back to detail. There were scratches that were said would be taken care of that never got looked at. Lastly, when buying any vehicle I always make sure tags are renewed for a year and a month because I buy cars a month before my bday and it’s too much of a hassle to have to turn around and renew them right after getting a new car. This time that was not the case and resulted in a ticket of an expired plate. Paige is great but the overall experience needs to be better with communication and executions.

I brought my car in for detailing - whoever did the work did an outstanding job! My car is like brand-new.
