We hit a raccoon at freeway speed and there was significant damage to the front of our Equinox. The vehicle looks like it was professionally detailed and the finished product exceeded our expectations! I originally scheduled service at a different dealership closer to my work location. The other dealership informed me upon arrival that I would need to leave my vehicle for 48 hours without a loaner available. When I called Randy Wise, they asked what service I needed, and then said it would be about an hour and a half, and they could get me in for an appointment within the week. What great customer service. Way to go, Randy Wise Service Department! You will have all of my future business!
