Sharing my personal experience with Jeff J. in used cars.....although it's too early to attest to my opinion of the vehicle I purchased yesterday, I can give my feedback on customer service....A++++....Jeff addressed ALL my concerns, pre-inspection of the vehicle was top notch! Honesty, integrity, and ethics should be the core values of every business. Randy Wise service department is sorely lacking in these values. I had a bad experience with their service team recently. Usually after my service appointments I receive a customer survey by email the next day, oddly enough, I didn't receive one this time so I will go directly to their website to share my story. I made an agreement with my service person three months ago to order a new radio for my vehicle. Warranty for this radio was discussed at this time. The radio arrived a few days ago, I was contacted by my service person and an appointment was made for installation. The warranty was once again discussed. I arrived for my appointment, agreed to the installation cost, once again discussed the warranty, was assured the agreed upon warranty would be written on the final bill,I signed the preliminary invoice...
