I already knew the car I wanted and went for a test drive, however pulling back into the dealership I noticed a different body style and the color was white. I had to have that car. That car was sold to somebody else but they went out of their way to bring in that exact car for me. That process was quick and smooth, I absolutely love my new Buick envista. The paperwork Process was quickly completed and every question I had was answered. I could absolutely not be anymore pleased with the experience of purchasing a car at this dealership. Extremely Rude service staff. Treated like you are an inconvenience. I have purchased 5 vehicles from them and this is my last never again. I kept giving chance after chance and no more. My niece also has had nothing but problems with them. They used to be outstanding but through the years have become horrible. Very disappointed I knew should have went to different dealer with this purchase. Shame on me
