Had a water leak in my car. Tech did figure out there was water leaking in at tail lights when it rains. 🤔 job done but failed to dry up water in Spare wheel well. (Soaked) or under driver's side rug. Have had better quality work in the past but failed this time. $400 spent expected water to be dried up.

Oliver Hackney has always treated me well. This is my third vehicle I have purchased from him. Very good at researching and providing all the data and options to me so I can make an informed decision. Also impressed with Jon Hackney. Make a great team. I have already referred a friend to them for her next purchase.

My experience at Randy Wise in Fenton was no short of amazing. I received a text early Monday from Noelle that the car I was interested in was available so I drove there to take a test drive, LOVED THE CAR. Noelle (sales) and Alexis (finance manager) did everything above and beyond to ensure I was informed and walked away with a great deal. The employees at the Service Department are so professional and very nice. They kept me updated on my car's status throughout the day and even sent it through the carwash before I picked it up.
