I bought a Buick from the Randy Wise Auto Mall in February of 2020. I had turned down the warranty only to find that when my husband went back to pick up the car, they had added the warranty to the vehicle. After learning this, I went back to the dealership to tell them to cancel it where I was told it couldn’t be cancelled but assured me it would cover “anything that went wrong”. After only a few months, the car had to be taken in. Because it was closer, I decided to go to Randy Wise Buick GMC in Fenton. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and to have the brake light issue looked at (I had been pulled over by an officer so I knew something was wrong) to drop it off while I was out of town was told it would be done by the time I was back. I was very overdue for an oil change due to daily travel caring for a family member. When I had a funeral to attend in northern Michigan, I really didn't want to make another long trip with my depleted oil. Dustin was completely booked when I called but when I explained my situation he somehow got me in before the funeral. That took away a huge stress. I really appreciate his efforts to help me.
